Use Segmentation for bulk actions

You could also use Segments as an advance filter of Subscribers. You could filter them based on the segment condition you have defined, from there you assign them into subcategories, move them to inactive or delete them permanently.

First, you need to create a segment and preview them:

1. Go to Subscribers tab
2. Click Add Segment
   
3. Set the segment conditions
4. Once complete, click Preview Subscribers button
5. In Subscribers list, click on the arrow next to the first checkbox and choose Select all in the list
   
6. After that, you could use the bulk actions available in the action bar - Manage Categories, Move to inactive and Delete permanently.
