Removing subscriber from subcategory

If you want to remove subscribers from subcategory, you can use bulk actions or do it individually.

Remove individual subscriber from subcategory

To do it individually, you need to edit in subscriber's profile.

To remove subscriber from subcategory, follow these steps:-

1. Go to Subscriber tab
2. Search for the subscriber's email address that you want to remove subcategory from
3. In profile view, click on Edit button in custom fields panel
4. Scroll down until you see Assigned Categories
5. Then look for the subcategories you want to remove. Click on the (x) button next to the subcategory.
6. Click Save

 Using bulk actions

To add multiple subscribers to several subcategories, you can do it in Subscribers grid.

1. Go to Subscriber tab
2. Filter your subscriber's base
3. Click on the arrow next to the first checkbox and choose Select all in the list
4. Click on the Actions drop-down menu and choose Manage categories
5. In the pop-up modal, choose 'Remove from category', and select the subcategories you want to remove from.
6. Once done, click Remove from category button
