Your AI Agent isn't a one-size-fits-all bot. You're in control of:
- Identity – give it a name, an avatar, a role, and a communication tone that fits your brand
- Training – upload documents about your business so it actually knows what it's talking about
- Instructions – set the rules for how it should respond
- Actions – decide when it should escalate to a human agent, close the conversation and collect customer information (email, name, phone number)
- Channels – let it loose on your web chat or WhatsApp Business API conversations

Want to see the AI Agent in action first? Every account includes a 7-day free trial, so you can explore the feature before deciding if it’s right for you.
To get started, simply add your credit or debit card details. You won’t be charged during the 7-day trial.
How to activate it:
Go to AI Agent tab.
Click the Start Free Trial button, review our Terms and Conditions, then click Proceed.
Enter your credit or debit card details.
- Click Add Payment Method.
Your 7-day trial begins immediately.
In a hurry? Subscribe immediately
If you already know the AI Agent is right for you and don't want to wait out the trial, you can subscribe straight away.
Steps:
In the AI Agent panel, click the subscribe immediately link (shown in the trial banner).
Confirm your subscription when prompted.
What happens next:
- Your free trial ends immediately.
- Your card is charged USD 29 and your AI Agent plan activates right away.
What happens after the trial
Here's the deal, plain and simple:
- If you don't cancel within the 7 days, your Conversation plan automatically upgrades to a Paid plan, with the AI Agent add-on included at USD 29 per month.
- If you cancel before the 7 days are up, the AI Agent switches off, and you won't be charged.
A couple of things worth knowing
- Each account gets only one free trial. Once used, it's gone for good.
- If you cancel during the trial, it cannot be resumed. To use the AI Agent again, you will need to subscribe to the Paid plan directly.
