Follow the steps below to create and submit a WhatsApp Template for approval:
- Go to WhatsApp Templates tab.
- Click Create Template to begin setting up your new template.
In Setup step, you are required to fill up the details below:
o Template name
o Template Language
o Content type- Click Save and Next to proceed.
- In the Content step, craft your message.
Click Submit for Approval to submit your Templates for WhatsApp approval.
Note: WhatsApp typically approves or rejects templates within 48 hours.
Select the Marketing category and click Submit.
Your template submission status (Rejected or Successful) will appear in the Templates tab.
