After you've sent out your first transactional email, you will be able to view the data in our Reporting modules. You can even drill down to each transactional emails you triggered and find out if it has been delivered or bounced.

View Transactional Reports
To view transactional reports from Reports page:
- Go to Reports/Transactional
- In this view, you'll see the overview statistics of all the transactional emails you have sent
- (Optional) Use the Domains dropdown to filter the sender domain if necessary
About statistic of transactional emails
This view contains the overview statistic of all transactional emails you have sent based on the date range you select. It contains some information such as the total number of emails that sent, delivered, bounced, clicks, opens and more.
- Total email sent
Number of subscribers the campaign was sent to - Delivered
Number of subscribers that received the email - Bounced
Number of subscribers that couldn't be delivered - Opened
Total number of times the campaigns has been opened - Unique opened
Total number of subscribers that opened the campaign at least once - Clicked
Total number of times the campaigns has been clicked - Unique clicked
Total number of subscribers that clicked on the tracked links at least once
- Unique Opened & Clicked
Total number of subscribers who opened and clicked - Unique Opened
Total number of subscribers who opened only - Unopened
Total number of subscribers who did not open - Most engaged subscribers
Top subscribers that opened / clicked the campaign the most - Top links clicked
Links that clicked the most in the campaign
- By Time of Day
Graph that display the time of day your subscribers opened and clicked your campaign - Locations
Display the location where your subscribers opened and clicked your campaign
About activity log
The Activities tab gives you the access to all of the transactional emails you have sent. Simply click on the email you want to trace, and you will be able to view the activity on the timeline.
