Enginemailer's marketing campaign reports allows you to view campaign clicks, opens, bounces, subscriber's activity and more.
In this article, you'll learn how to view Campaign Reports and understand how the numbers work.
View Campaign Reports
To view Campaign Reports from Reports page:
- Go to Reports/Marketing
- In this view, you'll see an overview of every campaigns you have sent
- To view a specific campaign's statistics, select the name of the campaign from the 'All Campaigns' dropdown menu
- (Optional) Use the Domains dropdown to filter the sender domain if necessary
To view Campaign Reports from Campaign listing:
- Go to Campaigns/Delivered
- Select the Action Menu next to the Campaign name
- Click Reports from the menu
Looking at the numbers
This view contains an overview of all campaigns you have sent based on the selected date range. It contains general data such as the total number of emails sent, delivered, bounced, clicks, opens and more.
- Total email sent
Number of subscribers the campaign was sent to - Delivered
Number of subscribers that received the email - Bounced
Number of subscribers that couldn't be delivered - Opened
Total number of times the campaigns has been opened - Unique opened
Total number of subscribers that opened the campaign at least once - Clicked
Total number of times the campaigns has been clicked - Unique clicked
Total number of subscribers that clicked on the tracked links at least once - Unsubscribed
Total number of subscribers who opted out from your campaign using the unsubcribe link in your campaign
- Unique Opened & Clicked
Total number of subscribers who opened and clicked - Unique Opened
Total number of subscribers who opened only - Unopened
Total number of subscribers who did not open - Most engaged subscribers
The top 5 subscribers that opened / clicked the campaign the most - Top links clicked
Top top 5 URLs that were clicked on the most
- By Time of Day
Graph that display the time of day your subscribers opened and clicked your campaign - Locations
Display the location where your subscribers opened and clicked your campaign
Getting the numbers for a single campaign
When you select a campaign name from the 'All campaigns' menu, you will able to view the statistic for that campaign. In this view, you could also view the Activities and Links of the campaign. The View details button let you view the campaign details, such as information about Subject name, Sender, etc.
- Campaign performance in 24 hours
A breakdown of the campaign's opened and clicked for the first 24 hours after the campaign being sent
Activities
The Activities tab allows you to drill down further into your campaign result to get better insights. In this view, you could export the subscribers based on the filters you selected.
Links
The Links tab gives you insights on how well the links in your campaign performed. Only links that being clicked at least once will be shown here.
Compare Reports
With Compare Reports, you could easily access campaign performance of two different campaigns.
- Go to Reports
- Click Compare button
- Select two campaigns from the dropdown to compare
