What is Spam-Complaint?
An email spam-complaint happens when a person receives an email they do not want and decides to report it as spam to their email service provider.
Where can you check the spam-complaint report in Enginemailer?
- Go to Reports
- In this view, you'll see an overview of every campaign you have sent
- To view a specific campaign's statistics, select the name of the campaign from the 'All Campaigns' dropdown menu
- Detailed statistics will appear

What does the spam-complaint rate reveal?
The spam-complaint rate shows the percentage of recipients who have marked your emails as spam, resulting in their automatic removal from your lists.
