Upload, Add and Edit images in Campaigns

A picture is worth a thousand words. It is definitely true for email campaigns. The right image can attract your recipient's attention and most likely will make them to read more. Hence, Enginemailer makes it easy for you to add image into your campaign. In this article, you'll learn the method to upload, add and edit images in campaign.

Upload an existing image

The uploaded image will be stored in your account. All the images that you uploaded previously will be stored in File manager. To upload an image, follow these steps below:-

1. Navigate to the Step 3 (Content) of the Campaign wizard.
2. Add a new image block from the sidebar and click Browse.
3. Click Upload button in the top bar
4. Select your file in the file explorer then click Open
5. Once uploaded, select the file to insert

Import from URL or 3rd party services

You can import image by pasting the URL or any other 3rd party services such as Facebook, Dropbox and more. To import image, follow these steps below:-

1. Navigate to the Step 3 (Content) of the Campaign wizard.
2. Add a new image block from the sidebar and click Browse.
3. Click Import button in the top bar
4. On the left sidebar, choose the method you want to import. As default is import via URL.
5. Paste the image URL in the input field then click Search
6. Click the image to import
7. Once uploaded, select the file to insert

Edit an image

The editor has a built-in photo editor for you to edit image. To edit an image, follow these steps below:-

1. Navigate to the Step 3 (Content) of the Campaign wizard.
2. Select the image you want to edit.
3. Click Edit image button on the sidebar
4. In the photo editor, click any tools icon to edit your image.
5. Once completed, click Save.

Important: The photo editor does not support animated GIF editing, so the edited animated GIF will be converted into static image.
